We had a fantastic time staying at the 3 Bedroom Detached Beach House in Poole. The open plan living area and modern fitted kitchen were spacious and clean. The garden was lovely, with good furniture and a barbecue. The communication with the landlord was excellent, he was responsive and very helpful. The property also had convenient parking. we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again.
There were a few minor issues that could be improved upon. The house needs some maintenance work, as there were several broken items and the bedrooms and garden were smaller than expected.

The great size property provided ample space for a comfortable stay. The hot tub was a fantastic addition, perfect for relaxing after a long day. As a light sleeper, I slept very well in the property.

We stayed at Detached Sandbanks for a week and it was perfect for our family vacation. The property was incredibly clean and spacious, with a modern fitted kitchen and a lovely garden with BBQ and comfortable furniture. The owner was very responsive and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the open plan living area and ample parking were great. We felt welcomed and would definitely stay here again.

For the price we paid, we were really pleased with the value we got for our money at this beach house. The rooms were clean, modern, and spacious, and the open plan living area and garden were a great added bonus. The staff, particularly the landlord, were very responsive and made our stay easy and efficient.
The breakfast option could be improved with some additional essentials like more cereal bowls, mugs, glasses, and cutlery. It would have been great to have a fruit or salad bowl, a decent peeler, a sieve, and some sharp cutting knives available.
